At Counseling Haven LLC, we believe healing begins the moment you feel safe enough to be yourself. When you are seen without judgment, heard with compassion, and supported with care, hope becomes stronger than fear, growth becomes possible, and your journey toward wholeness can truly begin.

I provide culturally-informed virtual therapy as an Asian American for adults in Texas, Arizona, and Florida.
As a child, we all want to change the world. Becoming a social worker was the first step. I have experience from multiple experiences working in the Neuro trauma ICU, inpatient, outpatient care, as well as a behavioral health hospital. I have seen a lot. I decided to start my own practice to provide counseling and psychoeducation services to guide my clients in a low-cost, judgment free; open and friendly space.
As a working mother of three, I understand the struggles and can empathize towards those dealing with the anxiety that comes from "doing it all."
Clients often tell me they feel deeply understood in our work, while also being pushed in a way that helps them grow.
If you’re ready to stop feeling stuck and start understanding yourself on a deeper level, I’d be happy to support you.
You are not alone.
My approach to therapy is mostly a humanistic approach mixed with CBT, narrative and solution-focused therapy. People are a lot more resilient than they sometimes realize and I believe that we all have the ability to "find ourselves" even in the most severe circumstances. My goal is to help you realize your strengths and help you process your feelings so that you can move on to becoming a better you.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 5 years of experience. I obtained my Masters in Social Worker at The University of Illinois at Chicago's Jane Addams College of Social Work.
